Successful Presentation at ASQ's World Conference for Quality and Improvement

On May 24th, 2010, Larry Solow and his co-author, Brenda Fake, presented a concurrent session at this year's conference in St. Louis. The title was Complexity, Quality and Adaptive Change Management. Almost 200 people attended, many staying beyond the scheduled end time to participate in the Q&A that closed the session.
